1.Can you customized for customer?

Yes , we work on OEM orders.That means size,material,design,package,etc will depend on your requirement.

2. Can you print the logo/ lables as our own design ?

Yes, it is surely OK, frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraved etc
We also can customize the colorful box packing for you as your need.

3.How long does it take to obtain the first order (custom bottle)?

If the process goes smoothly, you are expected to receive your first bottle within 1-2 months. Starting from ordering the mold,the sample usually takes 2-3 weeks. If you need to modify the mold, you may need an additional 2 weeks to obtain new samples each
time you make changes, depending on the busy level of the factory. Once the sample is approved, it will take one week to complete the full set of production molds. We can usually arrange production within 3-4 weeks.

4. What can you do when appear quality problems after receiving ?

We will abide by our quality promise according to the contract , and accept and compensate for some rejects bottles;
but if timeout, please noted.So if appear quality problems, within 15days contact us assp.
